Though people were skeptical initially to move closer to her, however one of the residents report indicated, who is a man moved closer to her and pleaded with her to hand over the baby to him which she in turn did handed over the new born baby. The man later passed the baby over to a female resident who took him in and cleaned him up. More pix after the cut....
Rescue Operation team from government office Alausa, Ikeja Lagos, were called in. They responded on time and took the mother and child away for proper care.
